Internal Sales Manager

I joined the motor industry in 2016 in a sales role working for DSG, the parent company of Connected. I really enjoyed the role, but when a position became available in Connected, I jumped at the opportunity as I could see the potential for growth both as a company and personally. Since then, I haven’t looked back, and we have gone from strength to strength. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and two little boys. George Wayling

I began my career at DSG in 2018 in payouts as an apprentice and when Connected launched, I soon joined them as a Junior Internal Salesman. I have seen the Connected team grow into the brilliant division it is today and I am now a Senior Internal Salesman working under James, who I have had the pleasure of working with since I have been here. Outside of work, I usually like to spend my days being lazy playing games, some of my favourite are Call of Duty, FIFA and ARK, but playing FIFA can test my patience sometimes… E:george@connectedcarfinance.co.uk

Joe Gough

Non Prime Specialist

My career started in the motor trade as an apprentice Sales Executive. I’ve worked in a main dealership and a prestige dealership selling new and used cars. I then found my dream job selling finance with DSG Connected. Outside of work, I love days out exploring new places. I’m obsessed with cars and my favourite must be the Porsche, probably the 918 Spyder. My biggest achievement I would say is buying a house after years of working hard in the motor trade. Michael Jennison

I’ve been in the motor industry since 2022, and it’s certainly safe to say I have joined a great team at DSG Connected. I’m enjoying the fast-paced environment this role offers, and I’m looking forward to progressing and succeeding with my team. Zane Azam

From the moment I sold my first car, I knew that this was the industry for me. It’s always a good feeling to be the point of contact for customers to provide an enjoyable and stress-free car-buying experience. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, and I have many new places to tick off my bucket list. I enjoy visiting new places and exploring the variety of cultures that the world has to offer. Jack Kelly

I started working for Connected in 2021 which was my first experience in the motor trade industry after studying fashion buying and merchandising at university. While it was a complete change from what I was studying, I was drawn in by the brilliant people and culture at DSG Group. Outside the office, I love meeting up with friends for “one or two” drinks, which more often than not makes me think I’m Elvis Presley reincarnated by the end of the night… so the next day I love taking a long walk completed with a Sunday roast (It’s the simple things). Brad Hoffman

Non Prime Specialist

I joined DSG as an apprentice and after rotating around the business and receiving a distinction as a motor finance specialist I landed as an underwriter. After a few months I was presented with the opportunity to become a member of the Connected team. I’ve gained both knowledge and experience as I have grown alongside my team. I’m eager to develop relationships with customers, dealers and lenders alike. In my free time, I love to weight train with my friends or kick back to watch a series or play some games. Callum Bartlett

I began my motor finance career as an apprentice within DSG Group, rotating between the different departments to help build a core understanding of the processes and regulations that govern the sector. Upon the completion of my apprenticeship in 2022, I was offered a position as a Business Manager on the Connected team. In my spare time, I like to watch my beloved Stockport County or any other form of sport! I also enjoy going for walks with my partner Courtney and our dog Lola. Josh Barnett

I started my position at Connected in April 2022, and I love speaking to both dealers and customers. I enjoy the job and the people around me. I have worked on the phones since 2017, previously working for a mobile communications company and even in debt collection. I joined Connected in 2022. I previously worked in door-to-door sales and retail, and I have to say, I much prefer working in an office in a fast-paced environment with such an amazing team by my side. It’s been great working with Brad, he’s been teaching me the ways of car finance and I couldn’t ask for a better partner. I’m looking forward to gaining more experience and knowledge so I can become a better salesman for our dealers. Zeeshan Khalil

I began my career in the motor trade working in payouts as an apprentice for DSG Group, to which I then joined as a member of the DSG Connected team. Vastly building relationships with dealers has helped me understand both processes in sales and payouts. I feel my knowledge is growing every week. Outside the office, I enjoy Thai boxing and going to the gym to keep in shape. I also have a big interest in cars, and I buy and sell cars on the weekend with my dad as a hobby.
