Christian heads up our Main Dealer Network and oversees our national team of Regional Development Managers, who support franchised dealer groups to increase their sales and profitability. Christian has over 20 years of experience in the Automotive Industry across a variety of roles, including Head of Business & F&I Development Manager. Alex Davis

Head of Sales - Central England

My career in the motor trade began when I co-funded an online car brokerage. After seven years growing my company, I spent four years in business development for a software company that works alongside the automotive industry before joining DSG in 2015. One of the things I really enjoy about my work is building new business relationships. When I'm not busy working, I love going on holiday, especially the occasional skiing trip to the Alps with my family. Jemima Layton

Regional Development Manager - West Midlands

I have been in the motor industry since 2008 starting as a Sales Executive and working through the ranks in various roles before joining the DSG family in 2023. I have spent my career working in new and used vehicle sales and LCV departments at dealership level. I have two dogs, Poppy and BamBam, who are my world. I love taking them for walks at Scarborough beach. I'm also a keen baker and cook! When I'm not supporting my dealers, I can often be found on the sofa with a good sci-fi movie and a box of popcorn! Chris Watson

I started working at DSG in 2015 as a Regional Development Manager in the Northwest where I managed and developed my own territory, before being promoted to a Senior Regional Development Manager, and now I manage and support a team of three Regional Development Managers. I'm a proud husband to Natalie and a father to my two sons, Jacob and Jude. Jacob and I share a passion for rugby. Danni Tibbetts

Regional Development Manager - West Midlands, South West of England and South Wales

I have over 20 years of experience within the automotive industry, working within the dealer network with various manufacturers from Sales Executive to Business Development Manager, and Key Account Manager. What I find most rewarding in my role is spending time building solid relationships and truly connecting with people while delivering consistent service that helps dealers achieve their objectives. Outside of work, I'm a proud mum of two children and I have a four-legged friend, who I adore. My spare time is usually filled with mother duties! Micheal Harvey

I have been in the automotive industry since 1998, I’m showing my age now! I have worked in various sales management positions for different franchised dealerships. I started at DSG in December 2022. I love the report I have built with my dealers and I love the comradery we have in the team. I'm a die-hard Liverpool FC supporter and a culinary maestro. My automotive career began in 1998. I joined DSG in 2017 and have successfully grown the Southeast and Southwest region. In 2022 I was promoted to Senior Regional Development Manager responsible for supporting and development of a team of Regional Development Managers. National Account Manager

I have over 20 years of experience as a Regional F&I Manager for DSG Finance's biggest partner, where I transitioned through various franchise groups. I'm originally from Buckinghamshire, where I began my sales career selling toasters and kettles, moving on to selling houses as an estate agent before moving on to the motor trade.
